Stainless Steel Tag (1.25" from tip to tip, about the size of 50-cent coin)
Includes 27" stainless steel chain.
Small Medical logo engraved in front.
This tag can be engraved on both sides of tag.
Engraving spaces available for each line on the back of tag are
12, 14, 16, 18, 18, 16, 14, 12, and 8.
The front spacing is as follows:
9, 11, 13, 15, and 15.
Please note that an blank space between characters also counts as one space. Texts will be engraved in capital letters, and aligned to the center of tag.
Ordering Instruction:
- Click the Add to Cart button.
- During checkout process, you will see three (3) fields that you can enter your instructions.
- Enter Texts for Front Engraving in the field of Instruction 1.
- Enter Texts for Back Engraving in the field of Instruction 2.
- Enter any additional instructions in the field of Instruction 3.
We are happy to arrange the layout of texts for you, but if you wish to work on it yourself and specify texts line by line, please skip the above instruction for engraving information, and email or fax us your request after the checkout. You can also submit your request online using Custom Tag Personalization Form found at our Design Center.
Be sure to include your Tag Square order number to avoid delays. Your order number will appear on the next screen after you click the Finalize button at the end of checkout. If you provide us with a valid email address, we will email an order receipt confirmation with your order number.
