How to order
Accepted Payment Methods:
Our store accepts payment by Credit Card (Visa and Mastercar), Check and Money Order. For security reasons, verifications are required on all credit card orders. Please allow extra 7 -10 business days for personal check orders. Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed.

Online Order:

  1. Add items to the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Be sure to select your choice if there are any options that you can choose. For example, the color of medical alert emblem can be chosen from red or blue on some items.


  2. Go to the shopping cart after all items are added, and provide billing, shipping, and engraving information. There are 3 fields (Instruction #1, #2 and #3) where you can enter your custom request at the end of checkout process.


  3. Once you finalize the order online, the screen with your order number will appear. If you are purchasing two or more items for personalization, please email us with your request, or use one of our online forms available at Design Center.


  4. You receive an order confirmation email from us with your order number, usually within 24-48 hours except U.S. Holidays and weekends. As soon as your engraving information are verified for spacing, your order will be manufactured. If we have a question on your request, we will contact you.

Fax Order:
Add items to the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" button on the product page, and continue through the ordering process with shopping cart until it asks you to finalize the order so that we will receive your order electronically. You can then fax us your order with credit card information such as card number, month/year of expireation, and 3-digit number on the back of your credit card. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we'll ship or start production for your order.

If you do not like to use shopping cart, you can print one of our forms found at Design Center, and specify all personalization requests for the item you are purchasing.

Mail Order:
Add items to the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" button on the product page, and continue through the ordering process until it asks you to finalize the order so that we will receive your order electronically. You can then print your order to mail out.

If you do not like to use shopping cart, you can print one of our forms found at Design Center, and indicate all personalization requests for the item you are purchasing.

You can also use credit card to pay your order. Include your credit card information with your order. Be sure to include all required information such as credit card number, expire month and year, and 3-digit number found on the back of card.

Sorry, no check or money order is accepted for International orders. Only credit card payments in the U.S. dollar are accepted for International orders.
If you provide us with your email address, we will email you an order confirmation including your oder number normally within 24-48 hours except weekends and U.S. holidays.

If you are purchasing items to be customized/personalized, a written request is required. If you do not like to use shopping cart, forms are available at Design Center to request personalization. You can also submit your custom request via email, fax, or mail.

How to request personalization:
Requests can be entered in the special instruction fields at the bottom of the billing information page during the checkout process. You can also email, fax, or mail us you request. Online forms such as Tag Personalization Form - Online, Tag Personalization Form - Fax/Mail, and Tag Personalization Form - Fax/Mail (PDF format) are available at Design Center.
Please note that all personalization and custom orders cannot be processed until we receive your written request in order for us to avoid errors and delays.
